PRACTICE IN EXECUTIVE COACHING
The Practice in Executive Coaching course is designed for people who already work as professional coaches in a corporate/business environment - after having gained a Master in Corporate Coaching - and desire to reinforce their own competencies and techniques in order to improve their performances and high level coaching services for clients who work within the high level company management.
The learning is strenghten with testimonials (high level company managers) the course includes also classroom coaching training with debrief, elaboration of real coaching cases, 6 hours of individual coaching for participants.
TRAINING GOALS
Participants will be able to:
- understand the coaching process in a systematic way, principles and methodology, critical situations of the Executive Coaching
- understand the SCOA model of Executive Coaching and compare it with their own method in order to improving their performances
- consolidate the required competencies in order to offer a high level service of Executive Coaching.
THE COURSE
The course consists of 8 modules - one or two-day sessions - held over a 7 months period. Upon completion, participants are awarded the SCOA certificate of “Master in Executive Coaching”.
The main course topics are:
- the role and competencies of the Executive Coach
- the check of the competencies in the own practice of the coaching
- the Executive Coaching process: fases, methods, approach models
- the Executive world challenges: the balance between the personal life and the organizative role, the balance between objectives in a short or long term, the leadership of changing
- the critical situations emerging from the Executive Coaching process
- the comparison, the feedback and the support to the learning
