INNOV-ACTION: A HEAD START FOR INNOVATION

Innovation is the tried and trusted lever which keeps our industries up to date and at the forefront of competitivity. How can you give innovation this head start and fully exploit its true potential?

The Innov-Action formula is based on three principles:

  • Open innovation: breaking out of the mould of the “we can do everything ourselves” company and throwing open the doors to take on ideas from all over the world

A FLEXIBLE CUSTOM-MADE PROGRAM

The Innov-Action program is custom-built to suit the requirements of the commissioning company and the respective team involved. This ad-hoc program includes the following winning components:

FOCUS: analysis of requirements during a planning session focused on the expected business results
KEY SATISFACTION INDICATORS: identification and adoption of a measurement system to track progress towards goals
AWARENESS: assessment of competencies for innovation currently possessed by participants, identification of gaps versus expected competencies, preparation of Individual Development Plans
CO-DESIGN: shared and focused identification of subjects to be developed in classroom, definition of individual coaching support to participants and selection of corporate projects to be supported
KNOWLEDGE GENERATION: brief introduction in classroom, joint with practical experimentation to reinforce understanding the method and building the competences
VALUE PROJECTS: development of real-life, high-value corporate projects to be “exercise rooms” where new ideas are put into effect and tested 
REINFORCE: individual coaching and team coaching support to projects
CELEBRATION: presentation and validation of improvements and results achieved
