The Development of Human Capital Division provides companies with customized consulting interventions that respond to specific requirements within an organization; theinterventions aim at enhancing the evolution of a global company culture or of key managerial staff in the areas of soft skills, leadership or managerial competencies and accelerating the systematic professional growth of middle management professionalism through leverage of hidden potential, energy and personal resourcefulness.
These objectives are reached using a mix of approaches including classroom training, individual and team coaching, self-development plans and projects for personal improvement.
The SCOA methodology encourages the active involvement of participants through valuable field experiences, stimulates reflection after practice to reinforce new behaviours and inspires experimentation of alternative approaches; participants are constantly challenged to assume an active role in high profile company projects, and SCOA supports them with a personal coach who ensures new skills are applied to the daily work.

COACHING FOR LEADERSHIP
A leadership enhancement course/program that strengths the coaching skills of managers. It consists of:
- a course in training and team coaching, divided into classroom units
- implementing the coaching instruments in the field
- support from a personal coach for each participant.
Coaching for Leadership is targeted at companies that want to help managers in charge of a staff to apply the coaching approach, priciples and instruments:
- to improve performances and professionalism of the manager's team
- to enhance the quality of leadership and the impact on results.
LEADERSHIP IN ACTION
A course/program for leadership development that allows participants to compare the leadership model expected in their company with their implicit model and to act with more confidence, flexibility and effectiveness; functional modes of action for the various situations experienced in the field. The program consists of:
- a course in team coaching and training divided into classroom units alternating focus on real life experiences, practice of new behaviours, discussion of results and comparison with the desidered model
- the implementation in the field of behaviours and modes of action experienced in the classroom
- the support from a personal coach for each participant in their individual situation.
Leadership in action is targeted at companies that want to:

PERSON AND MANAGER
A course/program for development of managerial skills that combines three dimensions:
- a modular course combining classroom training and team coaching
- a personal coaching as a support for each partecipant
- the involvement of the single participant or the whole group in implementing a business project of key interest to the company.

SDS - SELF DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM
A course/program for the start-up and systematic monitoring of self-improvement processes in large managerial and professional groups leveraging on consciousness and motivation toward personal growth.

TEAMBUILDING ON BOARD
A course/ program which reinforces the team spirit and team bonding of a newly created managerial team or one that has been working together for some time, improving all-round efficiency at work. It consists of:
- a sailing experience at sea,of variable duration aboard a sail boat captained by a skipper with whom the team members share the work on board
- debriefing of processes and personal dynamics experienced on board which highlight to the individual his/her mode of relating in stressful situations in order to encourage alternative ways of facing daily challenges
- individual coaching sessions which capitalise on the knowledge acquired, investigate in depth the alternative behavioural patterns and cement their presence in practice through purpose-built training.
Teambuilding on board is designed for managerial teams who aim to:

- improve communication, conflict management, problem solving and decision making
