ADVANCED PRACTICE IN CORPORATE COACHING
The Advanced Practice in Corporate Coaching course is designed for people who aim to reach a more systematic understanding of the structure and techniques of coaching having already developed good coaching competencies attending courses and through professional experience.
The learning process is enhanced by experimenting the application of the methodology in a business context and the subsequent assessment of the cases dealt with. Moreover it includes 6 hours of individual coaching to each participants together with a SCOA coach.
TRAINING GOALS
Participants will be able to:
- deepen knowledge of the Corporate Coaching process
- get practical experience through systematic utilization of SCOA Corporate Coaching model
- consolidate professional competencies in managing client change processes
- apply the coaching principles and techniques for the client development.
THE COURSE
The course consists of 12 training days held over a 6 months period. Upon completion, participants are awarded the SCOA certificate of “Expert in Corporate Coaching”.
The main topics are:
- the Corporate Coaching process and the SCOA model
- managing oneself and the client relationship
- defining goals and their develolpment path
- supporting and monitoring client change process
- observing the human behaviour dynamics
- unlocking personal creative resources as a support to growth
- managing emotions and trasforming them into creative resources
- overcoming obstacles and impasses.
