Gian Franco Goeta, MS Harvard, is SCOA’s founder and president. He has been a Professor of Organisational Analysis at Bocconi University and a consultant for the development of organisations and human resources. Since 1997, he has focused on Executive Coaching in Italy - founding SCOA in 2002 - and establishing high professional standards within the community of Italian coaches. He has coached more than 300 entrepreneurs and managers.
Sergio Balzani, engineer and founding partner of DiES, partner in ODI and Arthur D. Little, consultant in Organizational Development and Change Management.
Valter Bianchini is the founder, manager and shareholder of a mobile phone distribution company that he developed and is now a leader in Italy.
Alberto Camuri is the Director of the ValYou Farm Business Unit. A graduate in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan he collected important experiences as Senior Executive in several US companies.
Cesare Caterisano has a philosophy degree from the University of Venice. He is highly regarded as trainer, coach to senior managers and executives and key leader of SCOA’s courses and Master in Executive Coaching Program.
Guido Faraggiana, engineer and professor of Business Policy at Turin Polytechnic. He is in charge of the Turin SCOA office and has coached hundreds of managers during career transitions.
Giuseppe Giolitti, BA in Philosophy and officer at the Milan City Council. He has been working for many years on several city projects.
Guido Mastropaolo had important international responsibilities working for Gruppo l’Espresso and Walt Disney. Currently he is General Manager of Editions ATLAS, De Agostini Group.
Lucia Polo has been working, for more than twenty years in Italy and abroad, dealing with coordination, organization and customer care. In SCOA she works as Operations Manager.
Guido Sicurella, BA in Philosophy. He began practicing as a trainer and coach in 2000 after a remarkable career as top manager in national and multinational companies.
